Anthea C. Stratigos is a Silicon Valley CEO, wife, mother, public speaker, and writer, among many other passions and pursuits.

A graduate of Stanford University and Harvard’s Executive Program in Marketing, Anthea and her husband Greg cofounded Outsell, Inc., a research and advisory firm that serves thousands of CEOs and other senior executives in data, information, and technology enterprises around the world. She leads the firm today as CEO and chair of its board.

The brightest minds in the industry turn to Anthea for trusted advice and leadership, and she has provided confidential guidance to leaders in companies such as the American Medical Association, Associated Press, Bloomberg, Dun & Bradstreet, Dow Jones, Dwell, eBay, Healthline, IBM, IDG, Hachette, Macmillan, McGraw-Hill, Microsoft, Oxford University Press, Refinitiv, Thomson Reuters, TES, Verisk, and hundreds more. She works with the CEOs of startups and aspiring leaders, especially women, who are on their journeys to the corner office, advising them on how to improve their business odds and their own success.

Anthea and the company she cofounded are well-regarded for their public commentary on the state of modern media and the business of data. Anthea has held numerous board positions, most recently on the board of directors of Innodata, a public company headquartered in New Jersey, and the advisory board of NPD Group, Inc., headquartered in New York. Today, she also serves as a board member of SPCA for Monterey County.

Passionate about supporting others to live lives that work, she and Greg reside in Pebble Beach, California. Anthea is the mother of two sons, Mark and Gregory, stepson Jeff, and stepdaughter Melissa, and is grandmother to Grant and Gwen. When they are not pursuing their love of travel and their business interests, Greg and Anthea take long walks with their Labrador, Benson, enjoying romps on Carmel Beach overlooking the Pacific.

Anthea enjoys writing, is a jewelry designer, and loves gardening and crocheting. She journals and swims or walks most days and loves to entertain. She remains spoiled by the amazing meals that Greg puts on the table and they share with friends and family after a delicious Manhattan or muddled Cucumber Martini, or with a fabulous bottle of wine.
